Nice work, but there are few things a little... off:

1. The "Premiere" name should be a little lower and brighter, unless the faded look is what you are going for.

2. I'd move the barcode up a bit, nudging to the right and to the top a little.

3. Watch the edges with your fonts; with magazines, the edge is a bit close and might get cut off when printed.

Overall, I think it's a good cover. I like the fact that you used the original font for Twilight and did a nice work treating(?) the photo of Kristen Stewart.
